Rosie is a strategy and finance leader with extensive experience driving growth across Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud, and device businesses. At Microsoft, she has shaped high-impact initiatives across Surface, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure, leading strategy development, business planning, and execution for multi-billion-dollar product portfolios. In her current role, she leads strategic planning and portfolio prioritization for the Surface business.

Before joining Microsoft, Rosie managed investments across the United States and Latin America for Peppertree Capital, a private equity firm specializing in telecom assets, partnering with C-level executives on valuation, deal structuring, and portfolio strategy. She received her MBA in Finance and Strategy from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Outside of work, Rosie serves actively in church-based evangelism and prayer ministries, supporting outreach events and community programs.
