What Does This Look Like?

Working with InterVarsity means you get to use pastoral care, leadership coaching, or professional experience to help students and faculty grow. We welcome any commitment level – full-time staff, part-time staff, or volunteer!

This could look like:

Full-time staff in NYC – advises Columbia Business School fellowship & plants one at NYU Stern
Volunteer in Texas – works full-time at a corporation, spends ~5 hrs/week coaching fellowship leaders
Part-time staff in Chicago – assistant pastor helping plant a fellowship at a nearby business school
Volunteer in Atlanta – gives ~5 hrs/week to remote strategic projects for the national team
