Mark Washington supports over a dozen MBA staff and multiple national and international projects, including the Believers in Business Conference as advisor.

Additionally, he has served as campus staff for nine years at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. Formerly, he was an Associate Dean at North Park Theological Seminary. He is ordained in The Evangelical Covenant Church. At North Park, Mark earned a special dual degree: MA in Theological Studies and MBA.
 

Mark completed a Doctor of Ministry in Faith, Work, Economics and Vocation at Fuller Theological Seminary with a special focus on being a spiritual advisor for entrepreneurs.

Mike Weiss spearheads communications for MBA Ministry and offers operational support to MBA students, campus chapters, and various events and conferences throughout the year.

With a rich background as an associate and youth pastor for eight years, Mike continues to serve his local church and InterVarsity chapters in the Wisconsin Area. He earned his Master of Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 2019.

In March 2024, Mike and his wife Cora celebrated the arrival of their baby girl, Beatrice Noel Weiss.
