Steven Strott is a Managing Director & Partner in the Denver office of Boston Consulting Group (BCG). At BCG Steven works with Consumer clients on transformative growth initiatives, with a focus on Marketing & Sales, Pricing, Strategy, and Corporate Development topics.  He has particular expertise in the Retail and Restaurant sectors and has partnered extensively with private equity funds on value creation programs for portfolio companies.  Beyond his work with clients, Steven has led the BCG Denver office on a range of core people processes, serving as the head of recruiting, professional development, and performance management.

 

Prior to BCG Steven earned his A.B. from Harvard College with a degree in History and Literature.  He has an MBA from Harvard Business School, graduating with high distinction as a Baker Scholar.

 

Outside of work, Steven sits on the vestry of his Denver-based Anglican church.  He makes good use of Denver’s central location to regularly visit family and friends across the country.  When not traveling, he enjoys hosting, cooking, reading, hiking, and exploring the wines of his home region of the Pacific Northwest.
