For over two decades, Dr. Mark Washington has developed the next generation of faith-driven business leaders. He serves as the National Director of MBA Ministry, supporting over a dozen MBA staff, 30 MBA fellowships, and multiple national and international projects, including the Believers in Business Conference as advisor.

He is a founding board member of the National Faith and Work Association and has collaborated with numerous other organizations, including New Canaan Society, Generous Giving, Christian Economic Forum, Faith Driven Investor/Entrepreneur, Faith and Work Movement, VOCA, Praxis, and others. Additionally, he coaches entrepreneurs to enable them to flourish and their ventures to have Kingdom impact.

Mark earned a dual degree, MA in Theological Studies and MBA, as well as a Doctor of Ministry in Faith, Work, Economics, and Vocation at Fuller Theological Seminary. He lives with his wife in Colorado Springs and enjoys hiking, biking, and pickleball.

Mike Weiss spearheads communications for MBA Ministry and offers operational support to MBA students, campus chapters, and various events and conferences throughout the year.

With a rich background as an associate and youth pastor for eight years, Mike continues to serve his local church and InterVarsity chapters in the Wisconsin Area. He earned his Master of Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 2019.

In March 2024, Mike and his wife Cora celebrated the arrival of their baby girl, Beatrice Noel Weiss.
